Thank you for choosing First Priority Clinic PLLC for your telehealth care needs. These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and agreements related to scheduling, cancellation, payment, and overall patient responsibility. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments for virtual consultations can be scheduled through our online platform. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking to ensure proper care and communication from our providers.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, out of respect for our providers and other patients, we request the following:

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also incur a $25 no-show fee.

Repeated Offenses: Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited access to future appointments.
3. Client Financial Responsibility
By scheduling a consultation with First Priority Clinic PLLC, you accept full financial responsibility for all services rendered.

Financial Agreement: You agree that you are legally and financially responsible for all charges incurred for services provided by our licensed healthcare professionals.

Out-of-Pocket Costs: As we are a cash-pay practice, payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. Insurance is not accepted at this time.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online platform.

Refund Policy: Payments for completed consultations and services are non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors or cancellations made in compliance with our cancellation policy.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use our telehealth services for lawful, medically appropriate purposes only. You will not attempt to misrepresent your identity, symptoms, or any health information provided to our clinic.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality

6. Right to Refuse Service
First Priority Clinic PLLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if policies are violated or if it is determined that telehealth is not the appropriate level of care for your condition.

These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
