Typical Number of Refills If Prescribed:

• Initial Prescription: 1-month supply, 0 refills (to ensure there are no complications)

Cancellation Policy:

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 fee.
