What We Commonly Prescribe:

• Ella (ulipristal) – Prescription-only emergency contraception, effective up to 5 days after unprotected sex. More effective than Plan B if your BMI is 30 or more.

• Plan B (levonorgestrel) – Over-the-counter emergency contraception, best taken within 3 days. Most effective if your BMI is under 25.

Typical Refill Details:
Emergency contraception is typically prescribed as a one-time dose with no refills. If you need further care or contraception planning, we recommend scheduling a follow-up consultation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 fee.
