That’s why we offer 15-minute telehealth consultations for only $50—specifically for individuals previously diagnosed with hypertension and in need of a medication refill. Our virtual services ensure you receive timely care without the inconvenience of a traditional clinic visit.
 

What to Expect During Your Consultation:

Personalized Care:
During your 15-minute session, a provider will review your medical history, discuss your current condition, and determine if a medication refill is clinically appropriate.
 

Convenient Access:
Whether by video or phone, our secure platform allows you to receive care from the comfort of home—helping you manage your health without interrupting your routine.
 

Commonly Prescribed Medications:

Hydrochlorothiazide, Chlorthalidone, Lisinopril, Metoprolol, Carvedilol, Losartan, Amlodipine, and combination pills.
 

Typical Number of Refills If Prescribed:

• Refill Plan: 90-day supply with 0 refills per year

• Patients may receive only one prescription every 12 months through this service. For additional refills, please follow up with your primary care provider.
  
   

Cancellation Policy:

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 fee.
