Asthma Medication - Refill

At First Priority Clinic, we offer limited prescription refills for asthma medications through our virtual care services. Please review the following guidelines to understand what’s available and what is not covered under our current treatment policy.
 

What We Don’t Offer:

• We do not provide treatment adjustments or changes to your current asthma management plan.

• We do not prescribe steroids for asthma exacerbations or flare-ups.

• This service is not intended for urgent care needs or for patients requiring new or modified long-term treatment.
   

What We Can Refill:

• Daily asthma medications will only be refilled if you have been without the medication for less than 2 weeks.

• Episodic medications (such as rescue inhalers like Albuterol) will only be refilled if you have been without them for less than 6 months.
   

Commonly Refilled Medications:

• Albuterol inhalers

• Refills of your current daily asthma medications (based on prior usage and patient eligibility)
   

Refill Limitations:

• If prescribed, medications are provided as a 30-day supply with no automatic refills.

• Patients are limited to one prescription per medication every 12 months through our virtual refill service.
   

Note: If your condition requires ongoing management, medication changes, or you are experiencing increased symptoms, we highly recommend scheduling a full consultation with a healthcare provider or visiting a local clinic for a more comprehensive evaluation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 fee.

Client Financial Responsibility:

Thank you for choosing First Priority Clinic PLLC for your healthcare needs. By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to accept financial responsibility for the services rendered by our provider.

• Financial Agreement: You agree that you are legally responsible for all fees, charges, and expenses incurred by you in connection with the care provided. This includes any services rendered during your consultation.

• Payment Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for payment to the provider for any and all services rendered.
